Two weeks ago I restarted my Montessori Model United Nations teaching assistant internship in Upper elementary at my school. I asked my internship coordinator when we would be starting the internship and got in touch with the supervisors. This year I am doing it with two other people. I and one of my other interns recommended the third intern that we added. So far we have been working on doing country research with the kids. This is where they do research on the country they will be representing, so that they can become familiar with it and what has happened in its history. This year the countries we have are the United Kingdom, Greece, Japan, Ethiopia, and Argentina.
